How Much Does It Cost to Build a Deck?

Backyard Deck Ideas on a Budget
Decking Tiles
Want great-looking flooring but you don’t have time to seal the mortar yourself? You can always hire someone to do that for you, but that can be more than your budget.
So, the best way to get the best of both worlds is Lazy Tiles’ decking tiles. Our interlocking deck tiles are the ultimate DIY project with excellent ease of use, aesthetics, and price.
They are also convenient to install and much more affordable than other materials. Plus, they look just as beautiful as real timber, stone, and grass without the maintenance hassle. There are a few types of decking tiles, such as WPC tiles, Stone Tiles, Grass Tiles, and Edge Tiles.
These decking tiles are also versatile. They can be put on any flat surface. So, you can install them indoors, outdoors, or on your balcony.
100% DIY, Amateur Friendly
Our decking tiles is beginner-friendly. You don’t need to have any background in construction to put these tiles together. There is also no need for mortar, glue, or mallet to hammer the tiles together. You just need to click the tiles together into their respective slot to get beautiful flooring.
Benefits
Decking tiles are easy to maintain as they are water resistant. So, even if you leave them out in the rain, they will stay functional and whole. Their colour will not fade as time passes, too, maintaining a new glow every year. Our tiles are also rated R10 for slip resistance and P5 for water resistance.
Due to its slip-resistance, many household with pets and children prefer decking tiles to wooden tiles. They look and feel the same as wood, stone, or grass without the splinters and dust. Hence, they are much safer for soft skins and pet paws. Moreover, the plastic component prevents rot, mould, and termite growth, protecting your family from health risks.
Another obvious benefit of interlocking deck tiles is the easy maintenance. There is no special cleaning method to preserve the shine. Just vacuum or mop them, as usual, to keep them clean and shiny. Once you finish cleaning, you don't need to worry about drying, either. Decking tiles have excellent drainage system. The water will be drained through drainage holes underneath each tile.
Moreover, these decking tiles are semi-permanent fixtures. They blend well with your indoor/outdoor area but they can be removed just as easily. If you are a renter, you can take the tiles with you and re-install it in your new place. This prolongs their usefulness even if you move a few times a year.

We Use Sustainable Materials
All of LazyTiles’ decking tiles are made from sustainable materials. They are environmentally friendly and recyclable to reduce the increasing plastic waste on our planet. We are conscious of our planet’s state and we produce our products with nature as a consideration. Hence, we made sure that our WPC tiles and artificial grass tiles were made with recycled plastic. That way, they are friendlier to the environment after they are not needed anymore.
All of our tiles are also reusable, unlike single-use ceramic tiles because there are no glue or mortar involved in their assembly. These tiles are clicked together and they can be easily unattached without breaking. After that, they are ready to assemble in another place (as long as it is a flat surface), good as new. The tiles' reusability contributes to our sustainability efforts and helps us reduce plastic waste.
