Returns and Refund Policy

1. Full Refunds:

We offer a full refund for returned orders in their original boxes within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, a restocking fee of $8 per box will apply.
2. Partial Refunds:

Refunds are available for individual items in open boxes or custom packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee.
3. Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, and in their original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
4. Return Process:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@lazytiles.com.au with photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action.
6. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several days for the refund to be processed by your payment platform and your bank or credit card company.
