*Note: The warranty is valid only if the product is installed in strict accordance with our specifications and guidelines. Any deviation from these guidelines may void the warranty.*
2. Coverage: If the decking tiles are installed following our guidelines and used appropriately, we will replace any defective products exhibiting the following issues:
Cracking: Structural cracks that compromise the integrity of the product.
Splintering: Significant splintering that affects the product’s usability and safety.
Bowing: Noticeable bowing or warping that disrupts the flatness of the decking surface.
Infestations: Infestations of wood borers or termites that damage the product.
Owner Responsibilities: The owner is responsible for the labor and shipping costs associated with the replacement of any defective products.
3. Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover, and we are not responsible for, any conditions resulting from the following circumstances:
Normal Wear and Tear: This includes but is not limited to exposure to sunlight and weather, which can cause scratching, fading, discoloration, accumulation of dirt or stains, and non-structural cracks or splits. These are considered normal aging processes and do not affect the structural integrity of the product.
Minor Color Variations: Slight color differences that may occur naturally due to variations in raw materials and exposure to environmental conditions.
Physical or Natural Disasters: Any damage caused by events such as floods, earthquakes, storms, or other acts of God.
Chemical Exposure: Damage resulting from contact with rust, solvents, barbecues, heavy-duty cleaners, or fires.
Improper Installation: Any issues arising from installation practices that do not comply with our provided guidelines.
Unconventional Use: Use of the product in ways not intended or recommended, or non-compliance with local building codes.
Environmental Factors: Damage or deterioration caused by air pollution, mold, dirt, and grease.
Improper Handling or Storage: Damage due to mishandling, improper storage, abuse, or neglect of Lazy Tiles products contrary to our guidelines.
Additional Notes:Maintenance Requirements: Regular maintenance in accordance with our care instructions is required to uphold the warranty. Failure to maintain the product as specified may result in voiding of the warranty.
Documentation: Proof of purchase and documentation of proper installation may be required to process a warranty claim.
